Deliveries

All of our products are made-to-order. As such, please allow at least five days for production. The following delivery costs apply:

• UK – Free
• Europe – £4.50
• International – £6.00

We use Royal Mail’s 1st Class service. Delivery times will vary but are generally as follows:

• UK – 1-3 days
• Europe – 3-5 days
• International – 7-10 days

Returns

We are positive that you’ll love your STRIPES order! However, if you chose to return your delivery, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your package. We will then email you with return details. Please note though – each product is made to order, so unless there is a fault with the item, we don’t accept returns.

Following this email, please return items within 7 days in their original condition and packaging, in a secure parcel and with proof of purchase to: STRIPES by Hughes Design Co, 4 Cromwell Road, Whitstable, Kent CT5 1NW.

We can only replace or refund items once they are returned to us and cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items whilst in transit.
